MISSION // VISION
Documentation
Birth Certificate must be a copy of the actual birth certificate on file with the state of birth. A mother’s copy or the copy with feet prints is NOT an actual birth certificate.
Proof of School Attending must be last year’s report card if child is still in that school, a signed note from school on letterhead, middle school schedule. AGENDAS OR SCHOOL SUPPLY LISTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Team assignment for private/home school children will be determined by public elementary school district for home address.
Equipment
Equipment Day – September 7Â Corriher Lipe Middle School Gym
- West area: 9:00am
- East area: 10:30am
- South area: 12noon
- Cheer Fitting: 9am
Equipment day is the only official weigh-in day. Players not weighed with their team on their official date & time will not be eligible to be ball carriers for the 2019 season. NO EXCEPTIONS. DO NOT request to weigh in early due to trips or plans.
All RCYFL property must be turned in at each team’s final game. Coaches will update on specific dates/times. This applies to players & coaches. (shoulder pads, helmets, and pants). A change of clothes is REQUIRED.
Damage to and/or loss of equipment shall be the responsibility of the participant’s parent or guardian. No decals or stickers of any type are to be placed on helmets except approved cling fit decals. All helmets must be cleaned prior to turning in with cling decals removed. A helmet cleaning station will be provided. RCYFL equipment is not to be defaced or changed in any way. Helmet cleaning station will be available for mandatory cleaning.
Games // Practices

Picture Day: team pictures will be taken 1 hour prior to game time. Please see the schedule section provided under the information tab for specific game times.
Practice Schedule: Each team coach is responsible for setting up his or her practice schedule. Please contact the coach of your child’s team for this information. Please do not contact Board Members for this information.
Miscellaneous
The admission price to RCYFL games this season will be $3.00 for ages 12 yrs and up, $1.00 for ages 6-11 yrs and under 6 yrs old is free. CASH ONLY. No bills larger than a $20 will be accepted.
The RCYFL does not allow fundraisers held by individual teams or areas.
No persons will be allowed to use the RCYFL/YFL logo or name in any printed materials or represent themselves as an agent of RCYFL/YFL.
No smoking, vaping, tobacco or alcohol on school property.
NO PETS ALLOWED. No exceptions.
Children not involved in a game must have adult supervision at all times. (this means with parent in stands)
Pick up after yourself and throw away your trash.
RCYFL has a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy for poor or abusive behavior at games AND practices
